Starts at $5 USD( up to 10$), and may increase due to weight and/or distance.
Free shippping in the North America, Oceania and Europe for orders over 100$.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Due to the fragile and unique nature of what we sell, in any normal circumstance we do not accept returns or exchanges. In special circumstances, for example if the item has arrived damaged or it was not as described, then you must contact us straight away to request either the refund or exchange. We will aim to get back to you within 3 working days with the appropriate outcome. You can use the 'chat' service if we are online, or contact us via my email(xiuyuanli820@gmail.com).
If a return or exchange has been agreed, you'll need to pack the item safely, post with sufficient compensation cover and retain the proof of postage. Once we receive the item we shall issue the refund/exchange within 3 working days.

Oops-I put an incorrect address.Now what?
Please make sure before purchasing that your address is correct.If you accidentally put a wrong address please contact me immediately.I tend to ship very quickly and if I do not know it's likely your order will be sent out to the address given.If the order does ship out to the wrong address,please contact your local post office to see how they can help!
-If a package comes back to me due to an incorrect address,it is the buyers responsibility to pay for postage again.

My package says it's delivered but it isn't here.Now what?
Please check your order to make sure you entered the correct address.It could have been shipped to a previous address.Or,make sure that no one has grabbed your mail-like a family member,etc.and forgot to tell you.Also your package could possibly say delivered but is actually still on the truck.If concerned please call your local post office.
Lost/Stolen packages
Once my local post office has scanned your package and has it in their possession I cannot be held responsible for any mishaps.If the package says delivered but is not at your home,or is truly missing after waiting,please contact your local post office.Please contact me(xiuyuanli820@gmail.com with your order number)as well to see if I am able to assist.An insurance claim may need to be filed.

Yes, I can do wholesale but my main business is retail. By the way, if you are a retailer, you can contact to me, I can provide a suitable wholesale price for you.
