About Our Products

We carry both natural and synthetic/man-made crystals and stones. Where applicable, the product title or description will clearly indicate whether the item is natural or synthetic. If you have any questions about a specific product, please contact us before purchasing.

Returns

  • EU customers: 14-day return window from the date of receipt, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
  • All other customers: 7-day return window from the date of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at 1809100398@qq.com. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, log in to your account and submit a return or cancellation request via My Account → Orders, or contact us at 1809100398@qq.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale/clearance items
  • Mystery box items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Unpackaged items (e.g. tarot cards, journals)
  • Personal care items (e.g. crystal gua sha boards, massage bars)
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping Cost

  • If the return is due to a product quality issue or our error: return shipping is covered by us.
  • For all other returns (e.g. change of mind): return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If a returned item is damaged or lost in transit back to us, the buyer is responsible for the loss. We recommend using tracked/registered mail.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order. Exchanges are not available for non-returnable items listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status within 1–3 business days and process your refund. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
