FREE worldwide shipping: We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders. All orders are shipped from China and are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Chinese national holidays. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days of placement. Occasionally, depending on gemstone availability, processing may take longer — we will notify you if this applies to your order.

Carriers: We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, China Post, USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, SF Express, 4PX, and others, depending on package weight and destination.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Most Asian countries: 5–8 business days
• Most European and North American countries: 7–12 business days
• Some countries (e.g. Israel, Mexico) may require up to 4 weeks. We recommend contacting us before placing your order if you are located in a remote or less-served region.

Please note that holidays, natural disasters, or other exceptional circumstances may affect delivery times.

Please note: All orders must be shipped to a physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Pre-orders & back-orders: If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship available items immediately and dispatch remaining items as soon as they become available.

Order tracking: You will receive a confirmation email (and SMS if a phone number was provided) with a tracking ID. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to appear.

Wrong address: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. Please contact us immediately at 1809100398@qq.com if you need to correct your address before dispatch.

Lost or stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your carrier directly. For further assistance, reach out to us at 1809100398@qq.com.
