Each Red Tiger Eye sphere is a one-of-a-kind piece hand-polished from natural tiger eye rough that has been heat-treated to develop its deep red-brown coloring. Tiger eye is known for its silky chatoyant bands — parallel fiber structures that produce a flowing, ribbon-like shimmer across the surface as light moves across the stone. Color depth, band width, and chatoyancy intensity vary between pieces.
